Scopedom Product Terms

Scopedom is operated by Tanninen Consulting e.U.. Your use of Scopedom is governed by our company Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which cover accounts, billing, acceptable use, liability and data protection across all our products. This page adds what is specific to Scopedom, and where the two differ, this page wins for Scopedom.
1. What Scopedom is
Scopedom is a shared workspace for client work. A provider and their client use the same workspace with equal standing, and an AI agent surfaces delivery information from the tools you connect.
2. Shared workspaces
A workspace is shared by design. Anything you add to one, including files, messages and connected tool data, is visible to the other members of that workspace. Invite only people who should see the work, and remove members when an engagement ends.
Each party remains responsible for the data it brings, including any consent needed to share client or third-party information.
3. Connected tools
When you connect an external tool, you authorise Scopedom to read the data needed to show delivery information in your workspace. You may disconnect at any time, which stops further access. Data already synced remains in the workspace until deleted.
4. AI output
Summaries and insights are generated by AI from your workspace data and can be wrong. They support your judgement about an engagement; they do not replace your own records, contracts or invoices.
5. Availability
Scopedom is in early access and features may change. Connected tools may change their interfaces, which can interrupt what a workspace can show.
